Michael Preiss, Principal RSFLA, recently completed a lease transaction at 1453 3rd Street Promenade in downtown Santa Monica for a full floor of office space with Luma Pictures.

The space was previously occupied by ZipRecruiter, who had expanded over time by connecting disparate suites. The potential for a full floor tenant was apparent, but very hard to visualize.

RSFLA engaged SteelBlue to create VR panoramas of a fully built out suite with high end finishes. By donning a VR headset while walking the suite, Luma’s team knew immediately this floor would meet their creative needs and inked a 12 year commitment.

The lease is valued at $22.5 Million
