Lisa’s passion is photography, which she has channeled into View Finder, a professional practice specializing in architectural photography. Her genuine interest in architecture and visual documentation of buildings inevitably led to a career in property management, where her keen eye for building detail and creative approach to problem solving has proven invaluable to property owners.

As a photographer trained to capture the whole story in a single frame, Lisa has mastered the ability to distill the inherent day to day complexities of property management into a concise road map for her property owner clients. As an onsite and area property manager since 2007, she has a thorough understanding of Los Angeles rent control, Section 8, Recycla LA, and HUD. She regularly conducts city and insurance inspections. And with a significant vendor network, can advise on all facets of R&M, including earthquake retrofit and regulatory compliance. She is adept at multifamily leasing, utilizing all the latest marketing sites including social media to attract potential tenants.
