A West LA native and third-generation real estate, Kevin was brought up touring industrial and commercial buildings throughout Los Angeles. Real Estate is in his DNA.  Kevin believes that it is important to step outside of your comfort zone, so when he is not thinking about how he can save his clients time and money, you can find him planning his next adventure trip.

Kevin represents Landlords and Tenants; both have a unique set of needs. Kevin understands how to bridge the gap – he speaks the language of tech startups, institutional investors, family trusts, and everyone in-between. He is also conversational in Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish.

Kevin’s early career was focused on assisting startup companies in Silicon Beach find their next office space and advising landlord’s on how to best position their asset to attract creative office tenants.  Kevin’s track record also includes assisting landlords such as CIM Group, Vectra Management Group, ASB Real Estate Investments, Lincoln Property Company, and Linwood Ventures to reposition underperforming assets, lease-up long-term vacancies, secure credit anchor tenants, and achieve top market rents.
