APPROACH

A West LA native from a third-generation real estate family, Kevin was brought up touring industrial and commercial buildings throughout Los Angeles. Real Estate is in his DNA. Kevin learned early on through playing team sports and competing in martial arts at a national level, that the best results come from hard work, dedication, and no shortcuts. He also believes that it is important to step outside of your comfort zone, so when he is not thinking about how he can save his clients time and money, you can find him planning his next adventure trip.

Kevin represents Landlords and Tenants; both have a unique set of needs. Kevin understands how to bridge the gap – he speaks the language of tech startups to institutional investors, and everyone in-between. He is also fluent in Brazilian Portuguese. Immersed in the Silicon Beach community and versed with prior experience in the entertainment industry, Kevin knows first-hand the importance of the workplace to position companies to hire and retain top talent, while fostering creativity and collaboration.

Kevin’s early career was focused on assisting startup companies to find their next office space and advising landlord’s on how to best position their asset to attract creative office tenants. While Kevin still enjoys working with startup companies, now the majority of his tenant clients have established entertainment, technology, and financial companies. And along the way, Kevin has also built a successful track record working with landlords such as CIM Group, Vectra Management Group, ASB Real Estate Investments, Lincoln Property Company, and Linwood Ventures to reposition underperforming assets, lease-up long term vacancies, secure credit anchor tenants, and achieve top market rents; whether the goal was to stabilize for long term hold or to maximize value prior to a sale.
